Copa Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Housing Support Specialist to assist individuals and families in housing and community settings, promoting safety, independence, and quality of life. Formación
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- HS diploma/GED with 2–3 years in behavioral health setting; OR
- Associate degree with 1–2 years in behavioral health; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health with 1 year of experience.
Responsabilidades
- Promote a supportive, respectful community environment.
- Coach residents in life skills (finances, employment readiness, housekeeping, shopping, meals).
- Support implementation of treatment plans and SMART goals.
- Provide resources and referrals to community agencies.
- Develop and maintain resource directories and track service use.
- Monitor external providers to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Assist residents in accessing benefits, healthcare, and social services.
