Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social/behavioral sciences or related field; 1 year health experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience in integrated health totaling five years acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Performs intakes, screening and assessments of potential residents.
• Manages leases, monitors lease compliance and addresses lease violations.
• Coordinates housing procedures per HUD regulations; conducts HQS/Habitability inspections.
• Maintains housing stability and coordinates referrals.
• Documents services and completes income calculations per HUD guidelines.
