Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of housing or homelessness service experience.
• Prior supervisory experience with staff hiring and performance management.
• Knowledge of housing resources and supportive services.
• Familiarity with HMIS or similar database systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of assigned staff, including recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with agency standards and funding requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation of services as required.
• Maintain up-to-date client files and program records in HMIS.
• Coordinate housing resources and supportive services for homeless/disabled individuals.
• Participate in training and quality improvement efforts.
• Support crisis response and transitions to Mental Health Rehabilitation services.
