MassHousing is seeking a Subsidy Specialist to oversee subsidy contracts and Section 811 portfolios across developments, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations and audit-ready documentation. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and collaboration with owners, agents, and MassHousing teams.

The position supports management by training staff, reviewing work, and monitoring watch lists within a hybrid on-site model in Boston. A bachelor's degree and MS Office proficiency are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Process monthly Section 8 voucher payments and ensure compliant submissions.
• Monitor repayment agreements and reimbursements for misreported income.
• Maintain subsidy data accuracy across systems and reports.
• Support Section 811 administration through site visits and reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service to owners and agents.
