Job summary

RCAP Solutions, Inc. in Worcester, MA seeks a HomeBase Stabilization Supervisor to oversee Case Managers and stabilize caseloads, ensuring program compliance and service quality.

You will supervise 6–8 HomeBase Case Managers, coordinate with the HomeBase Processing Manager, and ensure timely completion of HUD assessments and milestones. This on-site role requires a valid MA driver’s license, strong communication, and ability to work with diverse residents; bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college beneficial.
• Experience in social services case management preferred.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and travel within the state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HomeBase Case Managers and stabilize caseloads.
• Ensure comprehensive client assessments to develop re-housing plans.
• Provide oversight and support for emergency assistance and housing search.
• Maintain internal quality control and compliance with admin plan.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with processing manager.
