Job summary

Paycom - ATS in CNMI is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator (NMHC) to provide day-to-day operational leadership for the HOME-ARP Homelessness Prevention Program. The role directs staff, coordinates services, ensures compliance, and prepares required reports for funders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of housing or program coordination experience, with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in housing services, supportive services, case management, or program coordination.
• Lead-level or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of HOME-ARP program services and activities.
• Provide direct supervision and guidance to program staff.
• Monitor participant enrollment, service utilization, and program outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with HOME-ARP, HUD, agency, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare reports, program narratives, and data submissions.
• Represent the agency at community meetings and stakeholder events.
• Assist with budget monitoring and expenditure tracking.
• Support staff training and onboarding activities.
• Maintain participant confidentiality.
