Paycom is seeking a Housing Specialist (NMHC) in Susupe, CNMI to serve as the primary direct-service staff for the HOME-ARP Homelessness Prevention Program.

Responsibilities include housing navigation, stabilization planning, and coordinating rental assistance and related supports across the CNMI, with travel as needed. A relevant associate degree and at least 1 year in housing services or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in housing services, case management, or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meet agency driving requirements.
• Ability to travel as needed to CNMI.
• Experience providing direct services to individuals and families preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outreach, intake, screening, and eligibility determinations.
• Assist participants in obtaining and maintaining safe, affordable housing.
• Develop and implement housing stabilization plans for long-term retention.
• Coordinate housing search, landlord engagement, and lease-up processes.
• Help participants access rental and utility assistance and other supports.
• Provide housing navigation, advocacy, and supportive service coordination.
• Travel as needed to support program operations and community partnerships.
