Job summary

The Salvation Army St. Cloud Corps in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Case Manager to provide individualized, person-centered services to shelter participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, sociology, or related field; equivalent education and experience considered.
• If the degree is in social work, Minnesota state licensure is required.
• One year of experience providing case management, social services, housing services, or related support services.
• Experience working with individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability preferred.
• Must successfully pass background checks, possess a valid driver's license, and meet MVR clearance standards.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic case management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond appropriately to crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Case management and housing stabilization: provide person-centered services, assess, develop service plans, monitor progress, address barriers.
• Documentation, compliance, and reporting: maintain records, complete assessments and reports per requirements.
• Resource coordination and community partnerships: referrals and connections to resources, partners, and housing.
• Participant education and skill development: coaching on housing stability, budgeting, and employment readiness.
• Program collaboration and support: participate in team meetings and program activities.
