Job summary

Abode seeks a Resident Relations Manager to oversee a 57-unit housing property with a behavioral health focus. You will supervise onsite staff, ensure safety, cleanliness, and habitability, and coordinate with service providers to support tenancy retention and community stability.

You will conduct proactive site walkthroughs, manage vendor relationships, handle resident communications and documentation, assist with tenancy issues, and participate in case conferencing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of property management experience in affordable or supportive housing.
• 1–2 years of behavioral health experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
