Job summary

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee on-site operations for shelter and housing programs. You will ensure two Engagement Specialists are on-site, hire/train staff, and provide direct services to residents to help move them into permanent housing.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate ($27.27–$30.34 DOE) and a full benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, HSA/FSA, generous PTO, a 403(b) plan, and EAP.

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with people experiencing homelessness.
• Experience or knowledge of crisis intervention.
• Ability to work within a team and provide direct service while maintaining client dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and advocacy to participants.
• Coordinate with other social service agency workers to meet clients’ immediate needs.
• Model interpersonal and living skills for clients.
• Maintain a safe enhanced shelter environment and assist with building maintenance tasks as needed.
• Supervise volunteers and support off-site volunteers as required.
• Attend staff meetings, document hours, and contribute to a positive team environment.
