Job summary

Agate Housing is seeking a Program Manager - Housing Stability, South to lead resident services at MPHA AMPs. You will supervise Case Managers, coordinate with MPHA teams, and ensure services align with contracts and community needs.

The role requires strong leadership, trauma-informed practices, and collaboration across internal teams. In-office with some remote flexibility, offering competitive benefits and a $70,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Public Administration, or related field (or 3+ years in relevant roles).
• Minimum 2 years of supervising direct service staff.
• Experience with housing stability or resident services.
• Trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, leadership, coaching, and performance support to staff.
• Oversee service delivery across AMPs and properties; adapt to varied resident populations.
• Maintain relationships with MPHA teams and property management.
• Coordinate with crisis and benefits staff for resident support.
• Ensure documentation quality and contract compliance.
• Support budgeting, staffing plans, and program reporting.
