Agate Housing in Minneapolis seeks an Assistant Manager - Crisis & Housing Stability to provide housing-focused support to MPHA residents with urgent needs. Reports to the Program Manager - Specialized Housing Stability; nonclinical crisis response, short-term case management, and service coordination are core.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or minimum two years of experience in a similar case management, housing, or human services role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting individuals or families with complex service needs, housing instability, or crisis intervention.
• Ability to build effective relationships with residents of diverse ages, backgrounds, and needs.
• Strong communication, advocacy, de-escalation, conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must have valid MN Driver's License and pass background check.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely, resident-centered response to urgent or escalating housing stability concerns.
• Assess immediate needs and plan short-term intervention steps with identified resources.
• Use trauma-informed engagement and crisis-prevention approaches; coordinate emergency or clinical services when appropriate.
• Provide targeted, time-limited case management for residents with complex needs.
• Coordinate with MPHA properties and Agate staff to ensure continuity of services and proper handoffs.
• Document case notes and service data accurately and timely.
