Job summary

Agate Housing is recruiting a Program Manager - Specialized Housing Stability (LICSW) to lead a dedicated team serving Minneapolis Public Housing Authority residents. This in-office role with occasional remote work emphasizes supervision, clinical consultation, and program oversight to ensure trauma-informed, high-quality services.

The position reports to the Director of Contracts and Housing Stability, is full-time and exempt, with compensation of $85,000 and a benefits package including

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and active Minnesota LICSW licensure.
• Experience supervising direct service staff or housing/behavioral health programs.
• Ability to supervise clinical and nonclinical staff with trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, leadership, coaching, and performance support.
• Conduct regular supervision, team meetings, and clinical case consultations.
• Oversee crisis response, eviction prevention, and housing stability services.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with MPHA teams and property management.
• Guide staff on trauma-informed engagement and appropriate referrals.
• Maintain resident-facing hours and participate in case conferences.
• Ensure documentation, data quality, and timely reporting for leadership.
