Riverside Community Care in Needham, MA is seeking a Housing Coordinator for our PACT program to support persons in attaining and maintaining stable housing. You will educate staff and Persons on tenancy issues, advocate with landlords, housing authorities, and DMH staff, and assist with subsidies and housing options that meet individual needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 2 years related experience.
• Experience in housing advocacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Persons in attaining and keeping stable housing.
• Educate staff and Persons on tenancy issues and housing rights.
• Develop relationships with landlords, housing authorities, and DMH staff to advocate for housing.
