MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION IN TULSA INC is seeking a Coordinator I Client Services to work with clients to obtain housing resources and stabilize housing situations. The role emphasizes outreach, needs assessments, and planning services tailored to barriers and risk factors.

You will provide ongoing support, monitor progress, and document in HMIS, meeting with clients weekly until stabilized and collaborating with the Housing Intake team to connect clients to community resources.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with homelessness or mental health recovery services preferred.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Mansioni

• Provide outreach and connect clients with housing resources.
• Conduct needs assessments and plan services per client needs.
• Coordinate services and monitor progress for each client.
• Meet weekly with clients until stabilized; ongoing coordination thereafter.
• Maintain HMIS case notes and attend team meetings.
• Link clients to financial, health, education, and transportation resources.
• Advocate for clients with other service providers.
• Maintain a caseload of ~15 clients; flexible schedule and occasional travel.
