Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Housing Support Clinical Manager for the Behavioral Health unit. This role oversees staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives program quality within a housing stability-focused program.

The incumbent coordinates housing processes, documents care, and works with landlords and community providers to promote wellbeing and independent living for adults in subsidized housing. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Associate license preferred for independent practice.
• Experience leading teams and supervising staff in behavioral health settings.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and common business software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train program personnel.
• Oversee compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate data-driven decision making in daily operations.
• Provide daily programmatic supervision and ensure quality documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor housing leases and client housing stability.
• Develop leaders and mentor staff for succession.
