Job summary

Mental Health America of South Central Kansas seeks a Clinical Coordinator of Unhoused Programs to lead PSH/DDX and OCI Community services for people experiencing homelessness. The role provides hands-on supervision, ensures compliant service delivery, and drives outcomes across housing stability, access to care, and crisis response.

You will supervise staff, coordinate intakes, monitor documentation and billing integrity, and collaborate with partners to align programs with the agency mission.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human services or related field is required.
Licensure or eligibility to practice clinically is preferred.
Experience supervising or managing programs is preferred.
Experience serving individuals experiencing homelessness is preferred.

Responsibilities

Translate program priorities into measurable outcomes and coordinated work plans.
Supervise staff through meetings, field observation, and feedback.
Oversee daily operations, intakes, service coordination, and housing stability activities.
Monitor budgets, billing, documentation, and compliance across programs.
Collaborate with leaders, partners, and funders to resolve concerns.
