Job summary

Claratel Behavioral Health is seeking a Housing Support Clinical Manager in Georgia to lead the Housing Support Program, overseeing staff and ensuring high-quality housing stability services for adults in subsidized housing.

You will coordinate with landlords, link clients to services, and supervise daily operations while maintaining compliance with DBHDD standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a fast-paced, community-based environment.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
Three years’ experience providing case management/community support services or similar.
Demonstration of leadership/management experience or increased duties in current/previous employment.
Proficient with technology and electronic health records; familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and train program personnel.
Oversee and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements of DBHDD and other bodies.
Demonstrate data-driven decision capabilities in daily operations and long-term planning.
Role model excellent customer service with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide daily programmatic supervision of staff.
Ensure high quality documentation by self and staff completed in accordance with agency policy.
Develop potential leaders to support leadership succession.
Enhance staff development by facilitating team meetings and ongoing education/training.
