Responsibilities

• Talk with tenants in a helpful and respectful way to identify housing problems and solutions.
• Teach tenants about budgeting and rights; provide basic legal information.
• Speak to landlords on behalf of tenants to help prevent evictions.
• Coordinate with legal service providers and housing advocates to secure tenant support.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely response to tenants and service providers.
