Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience in housing support services.
• Associates degree holders with one year of relevant client services experience are eligible.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to delinquent renters and help them access resources.
• Collect and record applicant data in designated databases.
• Review applications to determine rental assistance eligibility.
• Maintain accurate records for clients and landlords.
• Keep data and statistics updated and organized.
• Know all steps of the rental assistance program to assist at all stages.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
