Job summary

HomeFirst is seeking a Case Manager for the Emergency Interim Housing Cherry site in San Jose. You will manage a caseload, conduct intake and develop individualized plans to support participants toward stable housing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in non-profit agencies (Bachelor's degree may be substituted by 2 years of case management experience).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
