Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, some college in human services field preferred.
• Licensed Social Worker preferred.
• Previous experience in counseling, human services, housing, and/or substance abuse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as case manager for clients in HSS program.
• Assist individuals and families in achieving and maintaining housing.
• Teach life skills to promote independent housing maintenance.
