Job summary

The Just One Project is seeking an Operation Home Case Manager to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing instability in the Las Vegas, NV area. You will manage a caseload, assess needs, and connect clients to housing options and community resources to promote stability and self-sufficiency.

You’ll collaborate with landlords, providers, and partners, conducting home visits and case reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• 3+ years of nonprofit experience.
• 3+ years of experience in case management, social services, or community outreach.
• Experience working directly with diverse populations, including individuals who may be vulnerable or at risk.
• Certifications in case management and conflict resolution.
• Experience managing a caseload and helping clients achieve measurable outcomes related to stability and self‑sufficiency.
• Familiarity with housing services, wrap‑around programs, and self‑sufficiency initiatives.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 individuals and families, developing individualized plans based on each household’s needs.
• Connect clients with community resources and advocate for benefits and supportive services.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand strengths, needs, goals, and barriers to long‑term stability.
• Partner with clients to develop action plans focused on housing, health, income, and financial stability.
• Advocate for clients as they navigate benefits, entitlements, and services.
• Assist with housing searches and lease arrangements, and liaise with landlords.
• Enter services, referrals, and case notes into HMIS and Salesforce within one business day.
