Job summary

Compass Career Solutions, sister company to Dungarvin, seeks an on-site Housing Case Coordinator in Kennewick, WA. The role requires daily office attendance and community outreach to support homeless individuals and families.

Starting wage is $21.50 per hour, with a full range of $21.50 to $23.95 per hour. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, paid training, and more. Occasional home visits and driving for client transport are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social services or related field with at least one year of experience in coordination of supportive housing or independent living services.
• High School Diploma or GED with two years of experience in coordination of supportive housing or independent living services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and interviews to determine eligibility.
• Develop and update action plans, case notes, and related documents.
• Document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Provide ongoing life skills development to improve independence and quality of life.
• Connect clients to medical, mental health, and other supportive services.
• Travel throughout the area and provide transportation to clients as needed.
• Represent Compass at professional meetings and community events.
