Job summary

Compass Career Solutions, sister company to Dungarvin, seeks a Housing Case Manager to support homeless individuals and families. The role requires daily in-office attendance and community outreach to assess eligibility and coordinate services.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid training. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social services or related field with at least one year housing coordination experience
• Or a High School Diploma/GED with two years housing/independent living coordination experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and interviews to determine eligibility.
• Develop and update action plans and case notes.
• Document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with internal/external teams.
• Provide life skills development to improve independence and quality of life.
• Offer eviction-prevention interventions when clients are at risk.
• Refer clients to medical, mental health, and other services.
• Travel throughout the area to transport clients as needed.
• Represent Compass at meetings and community events.
