Job summary

Camillus House in South Florida seeks a Case Manager to provide compassionate, client-centered case management for individuals experiencing homelessness. You will engage clients, assess needs, and connect them to housing resources to support stability and meaningful outcomes.

Under the Program Manager’s direction, you will develop individualized housing stability plans, collaborate with partners to secure services, and document progress using MS Office tools while respecting agency values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Social Work, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or similar job role is preferred.
• Proficiency in oral/written English; Spanish preferred; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency in computer (Word, Excel, other data collecting programs).
• Successful completion of Toxicology test, L2 fingerprinting, local background screening, and OIG reference check.
• Valid FL Driver License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized housing stability plans in collaboration with client addressing short-term and long-term goals.
• Be able to understand and practice the mission of Camillus House.
• Be comfortable working directly with highly vulnerable populations to complete needs assessments and develop service plans with clients to address barriers.
• Document client progress and activity in MS Office/Outlook and other data entry programs.
• Coordinate with inside and outside partners to secure services for the client (e.g., benefits, transportation, training).
