Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to advocate for tenants.
• Experience operating agency vehicles for tenant transportation.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Minnesota Background Study clearance required.
• Experience with the population is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for tenants and coordinate access to health care and community services.
• Arrange transportation and operate agency vehicles.
• Maintain appointment database and generate reminders.
• Plan and lead weekly tenant activities and events.
• Respond to conflicts using Non-Violent crisis intervention strategies.
