Center City Housing Corp is seeking a Tenant Advocate for Park Place of Bemidji, MN. Formación

• Self-motivated; work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging tenants and the public.
• Ability to work with individuals who are inebriated or have active mental health issues.
• Driving and vehicle maintenance knowledge required.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Experience with the population is a plus.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must pass Minnesota Background Study clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate for tenants and promote housing stability.
• Operate agency vehicles for tenant transportation needs.
• Assist tenants in accessing health care and community services.
• Drive and maintain vehicle logs and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain schedule flexibility to meet tenant needs.
• Log and communicate tenant needs and activities accurately.
• Participate in team meetings on tenant stability and tasks.
• Maintain appointment database and reminders.
• Organize and participate in weekly tenant activities.
• Respond to conflicts using non-violent crisis intervention strategies.
