Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, or related field is required.
• Coordinate and administer rent assistance programs, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of services.
• Worked or Lived experience in social services, housing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with local housing resources, rental markets, and housing support services.
• Experience with housing assistance programs, including eligibility criteria, application processes, and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct housing assessments and work with individuals to determine housing needs and eligibility for rent programs.
• Collaborate with housing providers, landlords, and community organizations to secure housing options.
• Provide guidance on rental processes, leases, and tenant rights/responsibilities.
• Connect clients with financial assistance, employment resources, and other relevant services.
• Maintain accurate confidential records of housing placements and outcomes.
