HOM, Inc. is seeking a Housing Specialist to manage federally and locally funded housing programs. You will oversee a group of households, coordinate with care teams, POM, and HOM staff, ensure documentation, and maintain compliant records across HMIS, Padmission Journey, and other systems.

Responsibilities include intake, eligibility verification, rent calculations (TTP) and HAP, leasing coordination, and ongoing program management to retain housing stability for participants.

Qualificações

• Customer service orientation with diverse stakeholders.
• Accurate data entry and documentation across systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with housing programs and regulations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely customer service via phone, in person, email, and platforms.
• Maintain weekly communication with participants and care team during housing search.
• Coordinate with HOM departments to support timely service and data entry.
• Review, verify, and document eligibility, rent calculations, and subsidies per HUD rules.
• Coordinate Move-In Kit distribution and ensure proper Journey documentation.
