Job summary

Heading Home Corps, administered by Ampact, seeks a Housing Resource Navigator to help Minnesotans facing housing insecurity secure stable housing. You will guide participants to set housing goals, navigate resources, and develop actionable plans with regular meetings.

Join a mission-driven team and engage in training and development while serving the community. The program year runs Sept 2026–July 2027 with full-time and part-time options and a biweekly stipend.

Qualifications

Dependable; good attendance history.
Able to set pace and maintain a service schedule per hours commitment.
Proficient with basic computer skills (email, navigating online).
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

Guide participants in creating housing-related goals.
Track participant progress.
Connect participants with social service resources and programs.
