Job summary

Heading Home Corps seeks a Housing Resource Navigator to support Minnesotans facing homelessness or housing insecurity. You’ll work with participants to set housing goals, navigate resources, and develop action plans, with training and support throughout.

You’ll meet regularly with participants to guide progress, connect them to social services, and share learnings with the community as part of a committed AmeriCorps program.

Qualifications

• Dependable with good attendance and reliable participation.
• Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (email, online navigation).
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States; able to complete a background check.
