Job summary

Heading Home Corps, operated by Ampact, is seeking a Housing Resource Navigator to assist Minnesotans facing homelessness and housing insecurity. You will work with nonprofits or public agencies to guide individuals toward safe, stable housing and develop personalized action plans.

You will meet with participants regularly, helping them set housing goals, connect with social services, and progress toward brighter futures through tailored support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a history of good attendance.
• Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (email, online navigation).
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with participants.
• Guide participants in creating housing-related goals.
• Track participant progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Connect participants with social service resources and programs.
• Commit to ongoing training and professional development.
• Share experiences with the community.
