Job summary

Ampact's Heading Home Corps is seeking a Housing Resource Navigator to help Minnesotans secure safe, stable housing. You’ll work with participants, set goals, and connect them with social services, guided by training and mission-driven support.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, progress tracking, and community engagement, with AmeriCorps stipend and ongoing professional development. Program year 2026–2027 with full-time hours and daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Dependable with good attendance.
• Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
