Job summary

Heading Home Corps is seeking a Housing Resource Navigator to support Minnesotans facing homelessness or housing insecurity. You’ll work with participants to navigate resources, set housing goals, and develop action plans within a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

You’ll receive training, build relationships, and connect people to social services while pursuing personal growth and professional development in a role that strengthens communities.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a history of good attendance.
• Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule, depending on the agreed upon hours commitment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (email and navigating online).
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• 18 years of age or older with a highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States; background check required.
