Job summary

Heading Home Corps is seeking a Housing Resource Navigator to help Minnesotans facing homelessness obtain safe, stable housing. You’ll work with participants at nonprofit or public agencies, guiding them through goals and action plans while accessing housing resources.

Compensation includes an $18.42 hourly stipend for AmeriCorps members, with health insurance, childcare assistance, and extensive education benefits. Positions start 2026-27 and run through 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Able to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with participants.
• Guide participants in creating housing-related goals.
• Track participant progress and outcomes.
• Connect participants with social service resources and programs.
• Commit to ongoing training and professional development.
• Share experiences with the community.
