Job summary

Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare (CBH) is seeking a full-time Housing Support Specialist for the Warrenton, OR area. The role supports adults with severe mental health conditions, helping them engage in treatment, access resources, and build skills for independent living in CBH’s housing program.

Day shift runs 7am-7pm with 4/3 or 4/3 alternating weeks, totaling up to 48 hours in peak weeks. Travel within the Baker Building may be required, with a focus on safety, confidentiality, and coordination

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Spanish language ability preferred (10% bilingual bonus).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Support guests living at the Baker Building.
• Coordinate care and assist with treatment goals.
• Document client interactions per Oregon rules and agency standards.
• Refer clients to additional services and follow up on referrals.
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate with the QMHP.
