Job summary

Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare seeks a Residential Support Specialist in Warrenton, OR for the North Coast Crisis Respite Center. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support residents, implement treatment plans, and promote a strengths-based, client-centered approach to help residents achieve goals and transition to less restrictive settings.

The role includes 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm) with a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Flexibility to travel within the community.

Responsibilities

• Observe, report and document safety concerns.
• Provide therapeutic interventions as directed by treatment plans.
• Provide case management as directed by treatment plan.
• Deliver individual and group skills training and support.
• Attend clinical case conferences and staff meetings to communicate needs.
• Assist with menu planning, meals, and related housekeeping tasks.
• Accompany residents to medical appointments and provide transportation as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date EMR documentation.
