Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington seeks a Housing Support Worker to provide housing support services for adults with mental illnesses under a Recovery Model.

Responsibilities include implementing Individual Recovery Plans, crisis intervention, documentation, connecting consumers to community resources, and advocating for their needs. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, up to 4 hours per shift, with regular supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year's experience in behavioral health or related field with direct services.
• Clean driving record and valid local driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing support services for consumers in assigned houses.
• Participate in IRP implementation and communicate progress to the treatment team.
• Deliver interventions including crisis intervention and ADL skill development.
• Document services and billable notes within required timeframes.
• Link consumers to community resources and advocate for needed services.
• Conduct weekly inspections and attend required meetings.
