Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in housing, disaster recovery, or resilience.
• 5+ years in business development or capture in the public sector.
• Proven leadership of teams and budgets on resilience projects.
• Track record of leading pursuits and delivering milestones.
