Qualifications

• 12+ years in disaster recovery, housing, or community development with CDBG-DR experience.
• 5+ years leading managers with proven business results.
• 5+ years knowledge of HUD CDBG-DR, 2 CFR 200, and housing delivery models.
• 2+ years business development including capture and proposals.
• 2+ years P&L management of $20M+ annual revenue.
• Willing to travel up to 50% by air/vehicle.
• Valid US driver's license and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Set sector strategy and operating goals for housing implementation.
• Grow sector sales to $40M annually; maintain $100M pipeline.
• Direct portfolio delivery with PMs and senior managers.
• Ensure compliance with CDBG-DR, 2 CFR 200, and related requirements.
• Lead talent development and succession planning.
• Foster cross-organizational collaboration and client relationships.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
