• Provide case management linkage services and support.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Problem-solving and crisis management skills

Education

High School Diploma + 4 years' experience or AA degree and 3 years' experience

BA/BS degree in similar field + 2 - 4 years' experience

MA/MS degree in similar field + 1 year experience
