Job summary

Episcopal Community Services (ECS) is seeking a full-time Case Manager in San Francisco, CA, with a salary range of $28.00 - $30.00 per hour. This client-facing role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assist residents facing difficult challenges such as homelessness and behavioral health issues.

Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing individualized service plans, and advocating for resident needs with Property Management. Candidates should have a background in social services and demonstrate a commitment to ECS's mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma + 4 years’ experience or AA degree in similar field + 3 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of local social services and community resources.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessment of assigned residents.
• Outreach to residents on assigned caseload regularly.
• Work with residents to develop individualized Service Plans.
