Job summary

YWCA Rochester seeks a dedicated leader to oversee the Long-Term Housing programs, ensuring quality, fiscal responsibility, compliance, and strong resident and staff support. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating with the Director, and maintaining accurate records in HMIS.

The position requires an Associate’s degree in a related field and at least three years in case management, plus one year in supervision and experience with housing stability challenges.

Qualifications

• Must have strong case management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for Long-Term Housing programs and ensure staff follow guidelines.
• Coordinate with Director on staffing, property, and resident concerns.
• Ensure program quality, service delivery, and compliance with funder requirements.
• Enter data into HMIS and maintain household files per standards.
• Develop partnerships with YWCA and community resources to support participants.
• Attend meetings and participate in community workgroups related to Continuum of Care.
