Job summary

Impact NW seeks a Clackamas Housing Supervisor to oversee housing programs in Clackamas County, OR. The role leads staff, develops procedures, monitors budgets, and ensures program quality and contract compliance.

The position is primarily on-site at Dancing Tree Resource Center with potential hybrid work after the initial 90 days. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and at least two years of supervisory experience, plus strong data management and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, or equivalent of 5 years of experience in human services.
• Minimum of two years supervisory and program oversight experience in human services.
• Experience overseeing multiple programs and budgets; ability to provide culturally responsive services.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, oversee, train, and evaluate program staff.
• Create training materials and oversee onboarding of staff.
• Supervise staff performance and conduct reviews; manage work plans and scheduling.
• Develop program procedures, standards, and QA review systems; ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Monitor budgets and spending; maintain accurate billing and invoicing docs.
• Ensure data collection and reporting using HMIS/Apricot/SharePoint/Google Workspace/Trello.
• Assist with proposals and grant opportunities; engage with stakeholders.
