Job summary

The Clackamas Housing Supervisor at Impact NW is responsible for the oversight, development, planning, supervision, and quality assurance of housing programs serving residents in Clackamas County, OR. Primary location is Dancing Tree Resource Center; program services cover Portland Metro.

Initially on-site for 90 days, a hybrid schedule may be available thereafter. The role leads staff, ensures contracts, budgets, data collection via HMIS/Apricot, and partnership engagement to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, or equivalent of 5 years of experience.
• Minimum of two years supervisory and program oversight experience in human services, including experience overseeing multiple programs, service lines, or projects, monitoring program budgets, and the provision of culturally responsive services to low-income individuals and families.
• Bilingual/bicultural skills preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the principles of Housing First and harm-reduction.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work within a strength-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered support service delivery model.
• Sensitivity and ability to relate to people from diverse lifestyles, socioeconomic levels, and cultures with the abilities to provide culturally responsive services.
• Confidence and resourcefulness in crisis situations, and sensitivity to participants in vulnerable circumstances.
• Possession of consistent professional boundaries, good organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple and varied tasks.
• Ability and willingness to work as a team member and support Impact NW’s mission and goals.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and Trello. At minimum 2 years of experience working in HMIS and Apricot.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, oversee, train, and evaluate program staff per policies.
• Provide supervision and conduct performance reviews for all staff.
• Identify and track professional development needs.
• Develop and implement program procedures and ensure contractual requirements.
• Monitor budgets and ensure financial management.
• Oversee data collection and HMIS/Apricot usage and reporting.
• Assist with proposals and grant opportunities.
• Communicate policy and decisions to staff and partners.
• Meet performance standards and represent department at meetings.
