Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of administrative, customer service, or office management experience in a small office setting.
• Able to pass CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• More than two years of administrative, customer service or office management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming client calls and serve as liaison between Housing team and clients/families.
• Assist Housing Specialists and landlords to market housing programs and inventory units.
• Field incoming calls and maintain phone message logs.
• Audit intake data for completeness and accuracy.
• Process and enter data into systems for analysis and reports.
• Prepare outgoing correspondence and records requests.
• Assist in creating charts for new clients and file management.
• Manage databases and ensure security/back-up of client information.
