Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in social services, nonprofit management, housing programs, case management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience supervising and developing staff.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and client-centered service delivery.
  • Experience with grants, community partnerships, and program evaluation preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and helping individuals achieve stability and self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for supportive services and case management programs.
  • Ensure services are trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally responsive.
  • Oversee intake, service planning, case management, and outcomes.
  • Support crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and problem-solving as needed.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve program effectiveness and delivery.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support program staff and managers.
  • Develop partnerships with community organizations and government agencies.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, initiatives, and outreach events.
  • Advocate for programs and resources to support individuals and families.
  • Oversee housing and supportive service operations for compliance and quality.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor data, outcomes, and reporting requirements.
  • Support grant management, reporting, and funding compliance.
  • Manage program budgets and resources.
  • Assist with fundraising, donor engagement, and sustainability initiatives.

Location: Honolulu

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per yearannually (depending on experience)

  • Provide leadership and oversight for supportive services and case management programs
