The CIS Housing Navigator provides pre and post tenancy services for homeless clients and ensures the proper forms, assessments and consents are obtained providing education and support for the client and others in the client’s significant support network. This position links clients to community resources to further independence and stability and provides quality case management and crisis support for CIS consumers.
Starting from $21.15 hourly, actual pay commensurate with experience.
Regular Full-Time classification. General business hours, Monday through Friday, including some evenings, weekends and holidays. Hours and days may vary based on the needs of the organization.
