Job summary

Save the Family Foundation of Arizona is seeking an ARM Program Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for the Affordable Rental Movement (ARM). The role manages records, leases, communications, and compliance across HUD-funded housing projects in the East Valley, working with Leasing, Maintenance, and Housing Development leadership.

The position requires a high school diploma and 1+ year of property management experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
At least 1 year of property management experience.
Strong organization, time management, and follow-through skills.
Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ARM leadership and staff.
Maintain leasing, tenant, property, and project records and files.
Update Buildium and Salesforce with tenant and property data.
Maintain housing waitlist, applications, and applicant documentation.
Coordinate move-ins, scheduling, and property readiness with leasing and maintenance.
Prepare tenant notices and correspondence; maintain records for compliance.
